1 Drawings and Specifications

These documents will clarify the interior design layouts and area uses together with the standards and code of practices to be followed. The actual products for flooring, walls, ceilings, plumbing, air circulation, lighting etc. will be selected as will the exact equipment needed for training options, cardio, strength training etc. All gyms and studios need high quality finishes, a well-planned layout and the right equipment to succeed. 

2 Program of Works

This determines the pace of the works and what elements or equipment is on the ‘critical path’. Orders need to be placed in time to ensure a smooth build and installation process. The program gives a proposed start and a fixed completion date so that commercial operations can be effectively planned and commence on time. 

3 Budgets

Micro and Macro
